Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ClipKeep application and related services (“ClipKeep”). By downloading or using ClipKeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClipKeep.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ClipKeep on Macs you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the app’s licensing or device limits, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Accounts

Some features, including sync, require an account created via Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Sync → Delete Account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Free trial. ClipKeep offers a 3-day free trial. No payment method is required to start it.
• Per-device pricing. Paid plans are billed per device. You choose how many devices to sync, and that number is both your price and your device limit.
• Billing cycle. Subscriptions are offered monthly or yearly and are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods and we will give reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClipKeep to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt or abuse the service or its infrastructure. You are solely responsible for the content you store and sync.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to your notes and other content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync your content to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep ClipKeep available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

ClipKeep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipKeep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of ClipKeep. Our total liability for any claim relating to ClipKeep will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using ClipKeep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use ClipKeep in a way that harms the service or others.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
